Nice and spacious home . Cool furniture and decor . Comfortable home and easy to locate . Quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby restaurants , stores and gym ( Planet Fitness is 1 mile away ). Geraldo was very responsive to our requests and questions . Thank you ! Some things to improve include the kitchen faucet and water dispenser in the fridge to have better flow . I would also prefer at least another bedroom with a more firm mattress . Lastly , I would adjust the sliding cabinet door in one of the bedrooms . Thanks, Gerardo . We enjoyed our stay 😊

I was looking for a house last minute to stay and Gerardo’s house came up as my first option and it was more than great spacious for our group easy access to the freeway and stores around definitely I’ll stay here again if is available!!!

Victoria is a delight and this home is great! It’s spacious and updated, especially for a College Hill home! The beds were very comfortable and the 2 living rooms, full dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor space were more than enough to keep us entertained and comfortable. We stay in Wichita Airbnbs quite often and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Victoria was responsive and professional, as well as warm and friendly. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. I hope this home is available next time we need it! 100% recommend!

Our stay was so comfortable thanks to great communication we had with Gerardo during our stay. The home is spacious and very clean. We had a 3 families in our group and everyone remarked how spacious and clean everything was. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. There’s a park nearby. Grocery stores were not too far, allowing us to cook a lot of our meals @home during our stay. Can’t say enough about how well Gerardo communicated- quick responses and great tips on what do in the area. Gerardo was also kind enough to let us stay an additional night due to delayed flights and paying for the extra night was so easy and efficient. We were traveling for a judo competition in Wichita so having a washer and dryer enabled us to clean all the uniforms before coming home. The comfort of Gerardo’s home was one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home that feels like home.

Had a great stay this past weekend in Wichita! The AirBnB and the Host made the stay so smooth! Was in the process of a move accross country. The AirBnb was amazing, it had everything we could possibly need! During a trip you find your self having to make trips to the store. Never had to leave, felt right at home! Will definitely recommend, and will definitely book again!

Victoria was absolutely amazing, the communication was awesome! My family and I enjoyed our stay while in Wichita for VB tournaments. We definitely plan to stay at Victorias place in the future! Absolutely amazing!

In a time where many Airbnbs feel overpriced and often sacrifice either beauty, comfort, or cleanliness, this home truly excelled in all three and was very reasonably priced. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Gerardo was an amazing host. The check-in process was simple, he was quick to answer any questions during our stay, and he checked in to make sure everything was going well without being intrusive. He even went above and beyond by kindly leaving our forgotten hair dryer on the porch for us hours after we had already checked out. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and really appreciated the intentional effort to provide everything guests might need. We would absolutely stay here again mainly because the host was so hospitable! 5/5 ⭐️

My family and I have stayed in a lot of places in Wichita, and this was by far the best place we stayed at. The house had plenty of room and fun activities inside the home to keep adults and kids busy! I would definitely stay again and also recommend this place to anyone.
