I have stayed in at least 80 different ABNB's over the years, both for work and vacation. I can honestly say this property is in the top-five that I have ever visited. Immaculately clean, GREAT neighborhood and proximity to main thoroughfares. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great bedding and it is obvious that the decor was personally thought out, versus grabbing a basket full of stuff at Ross or HomeGoods and scattering it throughout the home. I can honestly say that in the 6+ years I have been staying in ABNB's, I have never encountered such a gracious host as Gerardo! His communication is almost instantaneous and it is beyond evident he genuinely wants his guest to have the best possible experience, while staying at his property. (And not just for the purpose of getting a 5-star review). Couldn't possibly recommend booking here, any more highly! Go ahead and click "Reserve," you'll be glad you did! Zac

Lauren was an amazing host! She was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable! The house felt very homey and the mattress was so comfortable it made leaving that much harder! There were also so many things to do in the house! This definitely was a wonderful place to stay and one we would love to return too!!

This was a really nice place to stay, in a nice neighborhood, decently close to WSU. Lauren was very flexible and was able to accommodate my requests. She is really easy to communicate with. When we realized our son left clothes in the closet, Lauren went out of her way to return them to our son that lives in Wichita. A really nice perk to staying here is, no chores before leaving, just lock the door when you leave. I would highly recommend staying here.

This home is in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen well equipped. The house was spotlessly clean. The location made it easy to get to downtown and to the best shopping areas.

Victoria was awesome. She responded immediately to my questions and was very kind and accommodating. The house was perfect for our needs. We have stayed there before and will stay again if needed.

Mrs.Victorias place was very nice, it felt so much like home that I didn’t want to leave. Mrs.Victoria was one of the best Airbnb hosts that I’ve came across thus far. She was very interactive and friendly. She responded immediately to any message that I sent her. She actually beat me to the punch and would message me before I could message her. I’d visit this home again. Thank you again Mrs. Victoria. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!

Place was so comfortable after a long day at work. Place had plenty of room for all of us to spread out or hangout together. We really enjoyed our time there.

Victoria is a very considerate host. Accepted our request of extending our stay by another day. House was exceptionally clean! Kitchen well stocked including crockpot, air fryer, blender, and water pitcher in the fridge. Quiet neighborhood and minutes from Wesley hospital. Would definitely recommend this place.

The home was a great place for me and my classmates to stay at during Design Build Fly competition. All of the rooms and bathrooms were stocked up and cleaned. Plenty of dishes and towels to go around for everyone. He let us use the garage as a working space which was much appreciated! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a home to stay in Wichita Kansas.
