Commercial filming, photoshoots, and events are not allowed. If you have any other plans, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled without a refund. > The hot tub will not be available during the summer months (mid-May until September) > The backyard includes our portable hot tub "MSpa Frame Oslo" that can accommodate up to six guests. It operates on a standard 110/120-volt outlet. While offering a solid, high-quality soak similar to a built-in spa, please note that due to its portable nature, the hot tub may need extra time to heat to the desired temperature, especially during cooler weather. Rest assured, we typically preheat the water before your arrival. We suggest planning your spa sessions with this in mind for a thoroughly warm and relaxing experience. >This is a single-level home with no stairs. Our cozy home welcomes you with the charm of all hardwood flooring, adding a touch of warmth and elegance to your stay >The bathroom is fully equipped to accommodate persons with accessibility needs, featuring a slightly lower than usual countertop for convenience. > Please be aware that security cameras are in place for your safety and the protection of the property. These cameras are not located inside the home but are strategically positioned.
