SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 6 adults for overnight stays. NO SMOKE/NO PARTIES: Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please double check all the policies before placing your reservation. All guests are recommended to purchase traveler's insurance. Due to the house design, the bedroom #3 can run several degrees warmer than the rest of the house on hot days. A dedicated window-mounted air-conditioning unit has been installed; operate it during warm periods to hold the room at the desired set-point. A rental agreement may need to be completed as part of the booking process.
