Due to the house design, the bedroom #3 can run several degrees warmer than the rest of the house on hot days. A dedicated window-mounted air-conditioning unit has been installed; operate it during warm periods to hold the room at the desired set-point. This property allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and 1 car may be parked at the curbside. There is no garage on the property. A rental agreement may need to be completed as part of the booking process.
