PARKING: This property allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and 1 car may be parked at the curbside. SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. You will be in a quiet and easygoing part of East Wichita. It is a calm neighborhood where you can relax, take a walk, and feel comfortable at any time of day. The only Costco in Wichita is just around the corner, and Town East Square is just a few miles out. You also have Dillons and Walmart Neighborhood Market nearby for groceries. If you need something quick, QuikTrip and Casey’s gas stations are right around the area too. There are many spots to grab food. Texas Roadhouse, Abuelo’s, Old Chicago, and a few local restaurants are all a short drive away. Kellogg is close, so getting to Downtown Wichita, Old Town, Bradley Fair, or the airport is very easy. If you like being outdoors, Harrison Park is close and nice for a simple walk or some fresh air. The location is also convenient for guests visiting McConnell Air Force Base. Overall, it is a peaceful and friendly part of the city where you can unwind and still have everything within reach. You will feel comfortable here from the moment you arrive.

I was looking for a house last minute to stay and Gerardo’s house came up as my first option and it was more than great spacious for our group easy access to the freeway and stores around definitely I’ll stay here again if is available!!!

Our stay was so comfortable thanks to great communication we had with Gerardo during our stay. The home is spacious and very clean. We had a 3 families in our group and everyone remarked how spacious and clean everything was. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. There’s a park nearby. Grocery stores were not too far, allowing us to cook a lot of our meals @home during our stay. Can’t say enough about how well Gerardo communicated- quick responses and great tips on what do in the area. Gerardo was also kind enough to let us stay an additional night due to delayed flights and paying for the extra night was so easy and efficient. We were traveling for a judo competition in Wichita so having a washer and dryer enabled us to clean all the uniforms before coming home. The comfort of Gerardo’s home was one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home that feels like home.

In a time where many Airbnbs feel overpriced and often sacrifice either beauty, comfort, or cleanliness, this home truly excelled in all three and was very reasonably priced. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Gerardo was an amazing host. The check-in process was simple, he was quick to answer any questions during our stay, and he checked in to make sure everything was going well without being intrusive. He even went above and beyond by kindly leaving our forgotten hair dryer on the porch for us hours after we had already checked out. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and really appreciated the intentional effort to provide everything guests might need. We would absolutely stay here again mainly because the host was so hospitable! 5/5 ⭐️
