PARKING: This property allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and 1 car may be parked at the curbside. SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 10 adults for overnight stays. You will be in a quiet and easygoing part of East Wichita. It is a calm neighborhood where you can relax, take a walk, and feel comfortable at any time of day. The only Costco in Wichita is just around the corner, and Town East Square is just a few miles out. You also have Dillons and Walmart Neighborhood Market nearby for groceries. If you need something quick, QuikTrip and Casey’s gas stations are right around the area too. There are many spots to grab food. Texas Roadhouse, Abuelo’s, Old Chicago, and a few local restaurants are all a short drive away. Kellogg is close, so getting to Downtown Wichita, Old Town, Bradley Fair, or the airport is very easy. If you like being outdoors, Harrison Park is close and nice for a simple walk or some fresh air. The location is also convenient for guests visiting McConnell Air Force Base. Overall, it is a peaceful and friendly part of the city where you can unwind and still have everything within reach. You will feel comfortable here from the moment you arrive.
