This home is perfect for families or individuals looking for a comfortable place to sleep and stay while visiting the city. It is intended for residential use only. Commercial filming, photoshoots, and events are not allowed. If you have any other plans, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled without a refund. The backyard is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. However, it faces Ridge Rd., so people walking on the street may occasionally be visible. It can noisy during peak hours! Hot Tub Availability: Our hot tub is accessible year-round, providing a relaxing experience regardless of the season. During the summer, the water temperature is comfortably set between 80-90°F for your enjoyment. Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property. Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults for overnight stays. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only. Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss. This house is 1400 square feet in size A rental agreement may need to be completed as part of the booking process. Please double check the listings’s cancellation policy.
