This listing is for one side of a twin home. Both units are available for short-term accommodation, allowing you the option to book the entire property if needed and available. Any breach will be considered a violation of our house rules. Stairs to Basement: Please note that the stairs leading to the basement are a bit steep. Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property. Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only. Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss. This house is roughly 1400 square feet in size. There is a potential of noise because the backyard faces Tyler Rd., a very busy street specially during peak hours. A rental agreement may need to be completed as part of the booking process.
